  1. you have a lot of removal here, but nothing to really back it up with.

in order for removal of this magnitude to be effective, you would need a fair share more creatures to go with it.

a few of my suggestions are weenie creatures taht have a  decent amount of evasion.

    BLACK

    -2 urborg

    -2 rite of consumption

    -1 damnation

    -1 lox hammer

    -2 manniquins

    +3dauthi slayer

    +3 inkfathom infiltrator

    +2 hypnotic specter

    WHITE

    -1 wrath

    -1 twilight sheperd

    -1 ajani

    +1 calciderm

+3 knight of meadowgrain/ serra avenger

that should speed you up and still let you have the staying power mid to late game taht i think you are going for.

  2. You need more finishers. Ajani is doing not much good there. Also consider running tendrils instead of corrupt. They are as good (unless you use corrput as your finisher, of course).

Also if burn gives you problems add 4 dragon's claws to your sideboard. That should give you enought life boost to put up a good fight agaisnt Red Deck Wins.
