  1. I am a different A L, anyway basically conditioning is another word for training. conditioning focuses on increasing ur cardiovasculer health, stamina, speed, and stength. Conditioning prepares u for the martial arts that u have chosen to learn. For example, muay thai is very powerful so they have to increase the bone density in their kunckles, shins, elbows, and knees and make them harder. Kung fu is about speed so they have to conditiona themselves to striking faster. Yes, it is good for ur lower back. Conditioning focuses on the entire body.

    Conditioning means excercises that work on your cardio, in order to increase your stamina so you can be active for a longer amount of time. There are alot of different types of conditioning, and they don't focus on strengthening any muscles.
