  1. Well, if you are talking about drill and stuff, there are plenty. We do something call the “mirror” exercise (but you need a partner) the idea behind this exercise is so that it will make you throw kicks, elbows, punches without thinking. If do it enough, it will be an extinct to act upon as soon as your opponent throws attacks. Well this is how it works. Facing your partner, you guys will take turn giving each other attacks (prefer you guys to do it full speed with pads so it will make you a better fighter when you get used to it reacting to attacks) so for example if they throw you a leg kick, you do it right back (but fast, keep that in mind) if you start hurting, rest a bit. So its basically copying your partner’s move so that if it ever happens in a real fight, you won’t think twice about what to throw back.

Another exercise is a clinch drill. Just take turn fighting out of each other’s clinch. If your partner clinches you, fight through his clinch to gain a clinch of your own. I Know its hard to explain but hopefully you get where im getting at. Another one you can do you by yourself is to do squats (which will develop your hamstrings so you can take leg kicks) others will be the usual shadow boxing, throwing knees, doing a elbow drill.. etc. hope this helps.

  2. well in my muay thai class we first do the bas rutten warm up lol

then we get a partner and get are gloves on and belly pads and thai pads on and shin gaurds and we work on stuff like clinch work and kicks knees we just work on stuff and how to do it with right form all that stuff
