  1. If what Steve H is talking about is called with the rolling pin is called rolling then I just read some stuff about people who do that ending up in wheel chairs with no feeling in there leg. It's a common practice for Muay Thai fighters but it can have a bad ending. The safe way to condition your shins is by hitting them with somthing softer then them like kicking a punching bag

  2. My advice would be to maintain and attempt to improve everything you learned during the time you received proper training.  Write down your training methods (combinations, strength exercises, etc.) to avoid forgetting them.  Hit the bag and keep your cardio up.  Avoid picking up bad habits that may set you back in your training when you do make it back to the training center.  Keep training hard!

  3. Well training at home is gonna be a little tough without a punching bag or pads. If you do happen to have them then thats good. You can strengthen your shin with a glass bottle by rolling it on your shin 40 times and knocking on your shin 20 times. Strengthen your shins and deadens the nerves in your shins. Run daily to increase stamina and endurance. Try shadow-boxing while your at it. Shadow-boxing is like fighting an invisible person. Using all the attacks and defenses you know. Helps improve memorization of the techniques. Well I hope that helped you.

  4. you can do shin conditioning get a rolling pin and keep rolling it across your shin or you can use a pvc pipe or any kind of cylender shaped thing and tap your shin till it turn red or starts hurting which ever comes first  you can improve your flexability by stretching at home and be sure to do your road work

  5. lol well what do you got?

do you have thai pads or belly pads or thai bags like what stuff do you have?

ive been in muay thai for a while so ill be happy to answer your questions if you tell me what you got to work with lol
