mon-gym (15lb 10 on each hand, 5 times) chest press10x5,20) tredmill 7mph,squash alone full court 15min
tues-swimming 1hr-front crawl, normal speed
wed- (15lb 10 on each hand, 5 times) chest press 10x5,20)tredmill 10min 7mph,squash alone 15min
thurs-swim one hr front crawl normal speed
fri-(15lb 10 on each hand, 5 times) chest press 10x5,20) tredmill 7mph 10min,squash 15min
sat-rest
sun-rest
