Mucus in the back on my throat!? What does it mean?

is this a sickness i may have? Or is it normal?

The entire respiratory system is covered in mucus, it's what keeps everything moist in there.  If you can see stuff, it's more than likely coming from your nose and sinuses.  It doesn't mean a thing really, other than you have a little more drainage than usual, and there isn't necessarily any sickness at all.  If you aren't feeling sick, then you likely aren't.  You might want to go easy on the dairy products, since those tend to make things feel thick and gooey, and you might want to gag- but otherwise you don't need to do anything special.  Gravity will transport it down to the stomach for digestion, or you can cough and spit it out.  Either way works fine, just don't go nuts trying to cough and spit.  Drink fluids of your choice and wash it on down the line.
