Mucus plug and labor question asap?

i just got home from a wedding reception...i did not dance or anything i sat the whole time...but as time went on i could barely cross my legs or get up to go to the bathroom because my back and my legs and thighs just everything started killing me... this morning i had pains in my pelvis area....so anyway, we just got home...i can barely walk because of how sore i am and i went to the bathroom to go number 2 and pee because i had a stomach ache and i had A LOT of discharge...white clumps...big clumps... i'm guessing it was my mucus plug... with everything else does it sound like i'm going into labor tonight.? i am also having tightening of the stomach.... nothing that feels like period cramps..just hard tightening contractions and its hard to move around... i'm so tired and i just want to go to bed i'm too tired to even want to time them

sounds like you lost your mucus plug.  A nice warm bath to help relax could help. Then off to bed you will need as much rest as possible.

im having the same thing right now..every 4 minutes..go to bed.. if you wake up in pain then its time to go.

yes it does sound like you are starting labor. you should just call your doctor and let him know that you are starting labor but it might be awhile that way he is prepared just incase and you go rest you are going to need it. dont worry you will wake up when the baby is getting you into more active labor. if this is your first it can take a long while. good luck and congrats

Go to bed... get as much rest as you can because it sounds like labour is starting.

sounds like you did pass your mucus plug an are having braxton hicks contractions. you'll probably go into labor soon, maybe not tonight but you never know. good luck with labor and delivery.

Congrats new MOMMY! This is exactly what happen to me, with my first!! Is this your first? Get ready to go. I know you are tired but trust me, with the pain you aren’t going to get any sleep. I didn’t think I was in labor. I could barely walk around and thought I had to pee every two second. That’s when I lost my plug. I was so uncomfortable. A couple of hours later the contraction got close and the pain grew. We went to the hospital,  the pain grew. When we got there they got things set up and checked to see where we were. Surprise I was having a baby! Don’t worry once you get the medicine in ya, you will feel tons better. If you chose to get some, I highly recommend it! It took about ten hours (I wasn’t in a lot of pain just more uncomfortable)  and then I had my beautiful boy! GOOD LUCK and best wishes!

Take a shower, NOT a tub bath, if at all possible. This will help you relax. Congrats, you are starting a wonderful new adventure in your life. I wrote everything down the moment my mucus plug did it's thing. I wanted my children to know what I went through awaiting their arrival, I'm so glad I did this. This is a wonderful moment in history, something you will cherish forever.

You might want to call your doctor to let him know or even the hospital. Some women go into labor immediately and for some labor doesn't begin for 5 or 6 hours.

I had the same thing sounds like you lost your plug, you could go soon but i lost mine 15 days before i got induced and i had contractions the whole time
