Mucus plug?!? confused ?

Question

on Friday lost my mucus plug well it came out at 6.30 then at 9.30.

Went to midwife but could not examine me due to my placenta (they think) is still covering my cervix.

Had s*x last night and about 6.30 today had some mucus plug come out a big chunk, went for a walk for about 45 minutes came back and went to toilet and even more had come out but it was very big chunk and was so big it was everywhere down there.

Does this sound normal or should i wait till anything else happens?
