Question:

Mud dobbers, good or bad?

I believe God created every creature for a purpose. But we just bought a brand new house and have gotten some visitors (Mud Dobber bee's) making their home on ours.

I mean it looks like they are not hurting nothing and they can't get inside so I'm not worried about that.

It doesn't look good of course having a Mud dobbers nest in certain spots. But after the little ones are born it isn't nothing to knock the old homes down.

I know they do kill other insects as in one compartment of their nest they put their eggs. Then right next to that compartment they build another and put insects for the babies food so when they do hatch they dig into that one to eat. They help keep the others insects population in check.

So the question is, do they do more bad than good, can they mess up something on my house I don't see? Am I missing something?

Thanks for your input and have a Blessed Day.
