Absolutely not!  Yes, he is an ego maniac, but he is also an extremely bad man.  He rules his country by force, and has people killed who get into his way.  He is denuding the country of resources, and putting the money into his own pockets.  Meanwhile, the people starve, and are facing famine and  incredible odds against just survival.

    No, do not feel sorry for him, please feel sorry for the people who find themselves under his thumb.  They are the ones who deserve your pity!
