Mukka Express, cappucino maker. Stove

Mukka Express, cappucino maker. Stove top version. It worked well for 3 times. Now water doesnt come up to top chamber. The valve comes up too early, so not making froth. The pressure valve lets out steam. Seems like it is blocking water to come up top.
