Multi Cam Messanger ?

hello every one i was woundering if any one knows of a messanger that can do then 1 cam at same time with all the people that you cam see every one as well because i know skype is a multi micraphone messanger were you can speak to more then 1 person at same time and i was woundering if there messanger like that but for comming compared to speacking :)
