Multi region dvd?

Question

is a Macbook a multi-region player? you know, to play dvd's. if not can anyone tell me where i can get a decent, reasonably-priced dvd player, either online or in the UK?

Buy china or taiwanese brands dvd players like ACL, shinco etc. They are multi region. Or if u know someone going to hong kong, most dvd players there are multi regions

You can get a multi region player for under £30 at Curry's.  I have one.
