    folk dance,

    arts and craft but like with make a japanese kimono out of paper

    red indian face painting

    make masks

    make drums

    say a word make them make a story each saying a  sentance

  2. a bit young for that sort of concept since most kids are "colorblind" until their parents impose their own prejudices upon them.

    If you don't have those prejudices then you shouldn't need to reinforce such ideas at that age.  when they get older and more aware of cultural differences they may benefit from it but the best thing is just to  let them play naturally with kids of all backgrounds and races.

    it seems to  me that telling them they are different at that age is looking for conflict where there is none.

  3. try cooking different dishes. kids love to cook, and will more likely like it if they made it. try couscous, really easy and not very messy. They can listen to songs from the country while they cook.
