ok i just got a cect a8+ over eBay and i just talked to a AT&T rep and i need to find out how to send and recieve multimedia messages in the United Statesand how to get on the internet on it

you can do an internet search for "att forums cect messaging" - att has an online forum where the settings should be. If this does not work, your phone may be faulty.
