Multiple Distance Separable (MDS) Codes?

Let C be the code consisting of all binary strings of length n in which the sum of the bits is even. Is C an MDS code?

(eg. If n = 3 then C = {000, 011, 101, 110})

Sounds like you have a problem with an infinite number of solutions.

(eg.  If n = 4 then C = {0000, 0011, 0101, 1001, 0110, 1010, 1100}
