Question:

Multiple Voice Mailboxes (landline phone)?

I'm going to be starting up a small buisness out of my home. I cannot afford a second phone line, but I want some way to seperate voice mail calls, (since most calls will come in during the day, and I cannot answer my phone during the day for this other buisness).

Does anybody know of a Buisness-Style phone where when people call they can either push for it to go to a "personal" greeting or a "...if you're calling about...please push 2" type thing??

thanx

  1. The most cost effective solution to your problem is simply a high end answering machine, simply go to your local wal-mart or discount store, you may have a better selection at an office depot or the like but you will likely pay more, but just look for one that offers multiple mailboxes and set it up according to the directions, youre looking at a max investment of $100. If you need something more sofisticated than that then you will need to look into a small key system with voice mail which is substantially more expensive, youll be looking at closer to $1000 for this. With only one line I would highly suggest the answering machine.
