Multiple regression analysis output

Question

Hello,When I run multiple regression analysis, the output I get this message "internal error". I have to click the "close" or "ok" button twice but instead of closing I get a blank output window. My data covers 6 columns and 4 rows. When I run the analysis with 5 columns, I get results. Kindly assist me.Kigen
