Multiple small lumps on my testicles, what could it be?

I'm 20 years old and I discovered two small lumps on the side of my right t******e about 3mm in diameter 3 years ago and it's constantly been on my mind since and only just started to worry me again. Since then they have grown by at least 1 or 2mm and now I've noticed a really small one growing on my left t******e. I'm thinking if they were cancerous they would have grown very quickly. Any ideas on what it could be?

I believe they are the locations where the tube that sends **** from your nuts to p****r connect to the actual gonad.

Schedule an appointment with a doctor to get it checked out.  There's no sense in worrying about this any longer.  Don't you think 3 years of not knowing & wondering about it is long enough?  No point in asking anyone in this forum to 'guess' what it 'might' be.  Go get a professional opinion & have it taken care of.
