  1. -2 * 3x = -6x <== Multiply like terms -2 & 3

    -4ab * -6 = 24ab <== Multiply like terms -6 & -4 (The negatives cancel out)

    -3x * -z = -3x-z <== Combine everything how it is

    Hope this helped!! :]

  2. -2(3x)= - 6x

    -4ab(-6) = 24ab

  3. Question 1: you just simply multiply the 2 integers.  Answer = -6x

    Question 2: same as question 1.  Answer = 24ab

    Question 3: this time, you multiply the 2 integers and mulitply the 2 variables.  Answer = (-3)(-1) (x) (y) = 3xy

    If you see integers/numbers, multiply them together.  If you see variables, multiply them together. And then put the integers and variables together.

  4. -6x

    24ab
