Multivision?

Question

I bought the keys card of the TPS provider which also supports Multivision channels for a month. And the cost was 20$.

Right now I have the TPS open, But Multivision is gone, And Even the EPG of Multi does not make sense with the channel.

And it had not been a month since I bought the card(15Days).

So all I want to ask you is that, Is this only my problem and I should think of a new card Or It's the provider's problem and the channel will/won't come back?

multivision no longer exists, its run its course and TPS has puled the plug on these channels...its gone
