I am an extreme health nut and try to eat right, exercise and sleep a decent amount. I was finding myself sick though a lot or just not feeling well. They were always flu like symptoms and never nausea. I used to take a multivitamin thinking it would help. I was continuing to load up on the vitamins trying to boost my immune system. I did this dedicated until my health teacher said that multivitamins aren't really that necessary unless you are not healthy. After I stopped taking vitamins my flu like symptoms stopped immediately. I recently tried to take a multivitamin again to see if what I thought was true and sure enough, within days I was getting the flu like symptoms. Why is this happening?Why are they flu like symptoms and not nausea? Has anyone else had the same thing?
