Mumbai is really interesting because there is SO much wealth, with skyscrapers and malls and hotels...but it is all juxtaposed by slums and extreme poverty. For example, at the base of 5 Star Hotels like the Oberoi and Taj, there are crippled beggars picking through garbage and makeshift tent houses underneath the bridges and highways.

This question is pretty vague. Do you have any idea how big and populated Mumbai is? you get every extreme there.

While some areas of Mumbai are very clean and tidy, there are slums in many areas.

it depend where u go.Mumbai is very good city , very fast and of course bollywood.Most of the area is clean but there are also slum area.
