Mumbai and Delhi- Dirtiest cities in the world?

Mumbai and Delhi are among the 25 dirtiest cities in the world while the four Indian metros and Bangalore are among the 20 densest cities, according to the Forbes magazine - What is your opinion?

Both the metros are bursting in their seams and infrastructure is unable to cope up with the population in these places hence unable to control the cleanliness !!!. The government need to decongest the metros by building satilite cities adjoining them and give incentives for the people to move there.
