  1. I used Keycamps holidays and went to France when I lived in the UK, took my then 3 and 2 year old over on the ferry, we've been several times since. Its great, you can take your car, bring back duty free booze and no worries about delays and baggage charges when flying.

The campsites are completely child orientated and every family there has children so its very safe and everyone looks out for each other. There are play areas, swimming pools and activities to suit all ages. The club reps organise everything free of charge during the day and there is nightly entertainment as well.

We rented a mobile home but you can have a tent if you want. BBQs are provided as are all utensils and equipment. Plus the weather is usually better than the UK/Ireland. We went for the 7th time in June with our now 15 and 13 year old kids, it was 27 degrees very day except one, we all love it.

  2. I'm currently looking for places to go abroad next year with my sons one who is 8 (9 next year) and the other will be 1 and half when we go next Aug!  I have decided on Menorca its not too far to travel and they have some really great places which are super child friendly. Ive been searching since June lol.  But the 2 closest would be Menorca or Majorca and they do have child friendly hotels/apartments with splash pools for little ones and things and kids club for the older one if he wants and play parks at the hotel.  I went to Thomson and they were super helpful.

Have a look at their website and you can see for yourself. And the flight to either of the places is av 2 hours max.

  3. you should try a hotel in spain as it has holiday clubs and parks. hope you find somewhere to go and enjoy your holiday.

  4. well where do you live for starters?
