The Spaniard’s statement has come in wake of a number of reports that suggested that the Chilean tactician will part ways with his current side before the start of the new season.
Such reports and rumours escalated after the veteran manager handed in his resignation from the post of manager.
Bielsa’s resignation came as a result of a fall out with the club’s management. According to reports, the former http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/River-Plate-c40368 boss had a bit of a quarrel with an employee of the construction company, who was working on Bilbao’s training ground.
Reports suggest that the Chilean hit out at the employee because of the work which was not yet completed.
In addition to this, the Spanish outfit’s management decided against offering any support to the coach, hence provoking him to resign from his post.
The man, who led the Lions to two important finals in the recently passed season, signed a contract extension with the club only recently. However, he revoked his decision after the incident which saw him run out of support by the club’s officials.
However, despite all of this, Muniain is adamant that the matter has been resolved. The winger insists that Bielsa will continue to be in charge of affairs at the San Memes.
The player also stated that he is looking forward to representing Spain in the London Olympics.
While talking to reporters, the 19-year-old quoted:
"It might have been a mess, but everything is back to normal. Today, Bielsa is the coach here, and it will stay like that. It was a tough season, but I personally used the break to the fullest to recharge my batteries.”
