Murderous thoughts in the morning?

Is anyone else extremely depressed when they wake up?

I know there is such a thing as not being a morning person, but I'm talking in the extreme. Thoughts of suicide and homicide, feeling like you are on the brink of insanity...

It's h**l, it really is. I dread going to sleep every night because of waking up the next day.

Strange thing is, an hour or so after I wake up the thoughts fade away and I'm fine for the rest of the day.

What gives? Anyone else like this?

  1. Ya, I'm like that but i dont ever forget like one of my thoghts was if a comet hit the world we would all die and if lots of ppl no me i dont want to die so i freak out for that day ; ;

  2. I feel like that too.

    I have the hardest time waking up in the morning. Most of the time when I'm away at school, I actually cannot force myself to get up. Ill lay in bed for hours while my classes all slip by because im so depressed.

    A doctor / therapist can help you overcome this.

  3. there could be many reasons for this. one is you could be bipolar. no joke.  i would suggest you see a doctor as soon as possible and ask him/her about this before it worsens. he/she could give you pills to keep it under control.

  4. We can go to the etheric realm or the astral realm when we sleep. the etheric is the heaven realm and we get taught enlightening things. The astral is the realm of nightmares and h**l, even if we don't consciously remember them.

    Ask to be taken to higher realms in your sleep.

  5. You need to switch around your morning routine. Be happy!

    Life's awesome. Try waking up 15 minutes earlier, it's usually the easiest solution to stress problems.

    Also, try a brief meditation after waking up. If you don't know how, find a group - Buddhist temples often have free classes, and five minutes of meditation can do it.

  6. i've heard that the way you feel in the morning is a measure of your psychological state, so there's probably smth bothering you in your life.

    Death thoughts are very dangerous, I suggest seeing a psychologist about that one.

    hope you'll start feeling better when you wake up tomorrow morning.
