Murlens Crash expected to dominate proceedings at Peterborough
Murlens Crash is expected to dominate proceedings in the Grade A1 event at Peterborough in England on Wednesday, May 2, 2012. The winner of the 420 metres flat race will be awarded a cash prize of £98.
A total of five quality runners have been attracted towards the race, which is scheduled to start at 20:12 GMT. Their names are as follows: Murlens Crash, Milliesupreme, Grafton Mr Moon, Chico Sweet and Mt Leinster Maid.
Out of the above mentioned hounds, Murlens Crash seems to be in the best shape, thus the bookmakers have shown a lot of faith in his abilities. His recent form might also encourage the punters to place a lot of bets in his favour.
The David Pruhs’ trainee does not have a lot of experience, but his performances have been up to the mark. He is a regular at Peterborough, thus will be fully aware of the conditions at the venue.
The brindle dog made his debut at the start of this year with a few trial runs. He managed to set some impressive times in them, thus his trainer got confident that he was ready to take part in competitive racing.
In his previous three outings, Murlens Crash managed to win a couple of times, which shows that he is carrying terrific momentum at the moment. It will be hard for his rivals to match his speed and stamina today.
Today’s favourite hound dominated the proceedings in his most recent race, as he won by a comprehensive margin of three and a half lengths. If he gets a clear run, he might manage to give a similar sort of performance today as well. He is the son of Crash
out of Murlens Snowdrop and was born in April 2010.
On the other hand, Milliesupreme is also a quality performer and she might manage to attract a few bets in her favour as well. She has got plenty of experience, thus will cause a few problems for her rivals at Peterborough.
The R. Devenish’s trainee managed to set an impressive trial time at Peterborough recently and she is expected to carry that form in the race.
It will be difficult for the rest of the runners to match the likes of Murlens Crash and Milliesupreme, as they are in good rhythm.
