Murralli Junior ready to complete hat-trick in Race Sponsorship Open 525
Following his two tremendous triumphs last week, the G. Holland trained black and white dog, Murralli Junior, is going to complete his first ever hat-trick by winning the Race Sponsorship Open 525 here at Shelbourne Park on Thursday night, August 23.
The two-year-old young and talented hound will break from the orange box to run over 525 yards. The victory will earn him a handsome amount of €500.
The dashing dog has achieved a number of iconic feats in his career, since debuting on January 26, 2012. After breaking his maiden with the title of Sis A2 525 Final, he moved ahead to bag a couple of consecutive triumphs in the month of May----both Open Races.
The brilliant son of Evons Murralli, out of Talk To Clara, moved ahead to win Bernard Barry Bookmaker A1 Quck Result Semi-final on July 25.
Then came August when the maverick sprinter won the Follow Us On Twitter On Ladbrokesie Open 525 and Ladbrokes Getting Out 550, respectively.
Despite this impressive track record, Murralli Junior has never gained a favourite tag in his career, but he is likely to be named favourite ahead of tonight’s marathon. It should be an easy win for Murralli Junior, provided he manages to contain The Other Sky early after breaking.
The M O'Donnell trained brindle b***h is also on the verge of a hat-trick. She marvellously bagged a couple of tremendous triumphs during the last month. Both were A3 races.
Prior to this, the brilliant b***h won a race during the same month. Earlier, the daughter of Skywalker Ace, out of Toss Stella made some glaring marks during the first few months of the calendar year.
Thus, both the dog and the b***h look to be almost of equal calibre. In this scenario, a stern duel is expected between the two.
This will give the spectators a few thrilling and exciting seconds to enjoy. Let us be a part of this entertainment. Good luck to all the six contestants.
