I don't know if he can beat Roddick. He looked a bit tentative today.

  1. Weak chances. He is a head case.

  2. If not Nadal then I'd like to see Murray or Nalbandian win.

  3. slim, he can't beat andy.... andy will kick his ***.-

  4. Murray can beat Roddick for sure. I hope he wins.

  5. Pretty good, today he beat an upcoming young talented guy gulbis and that too after being a set down. So, if he can handle Roddick's serves somehow (may be by standing back) then I see no problems in him winning.

  6. roddick will beat him

  7. I think he's able to beat Roddick - I'm sure he has before so good luck to him

    ~x~

  8. Pretty good i like Andy Murray he has a lot of energy.  And h**l be around a while.

  9. Slim.He's overrated.

  10. NO chance, he's out

  11. roddick will cream him...

  12. Only if luck does not support Roger

  13. If Murray plays to his potential, he could win the tournament.  He's beaten Roddick at Wimbledon in straight sets, and his fluid game works well on grass.  He just needs to keep his composure and not try to hit too many ill-planned drop shots.

  14. In general I think Murray can beat Roddick - if I remember right there was that brilliant match at Wimbledon where he did.

But as for today, I don't know.  If he was totally fit then it would be hard to pick a winner, I would expect a really good competative match.

But not only has Murray gone various aches and pains - his thumb strain that he picked up against Gulbis is so bad that he won't decide till the morning if he can even play.  So not looking to good.

Either he won't play, or it will be stressful for his fans worrying if he will get through it.

  15. I highly doubt it. He does not have a good chance. I understand that he is the home favorite, but Roddick will overpower him, Djokovic is just good at setting up the point, and Nadal can beat him at the baseline and the net. So, it really depends how he plays. I do not think that he has a good chance.
