Muscle Buildiing and Sleep

Ok, I go to Sleep at 3-4am and wake up at 11-11:59am if i want to build muscle and eat my 5x 400-420calorie meals would I have to eat at 11am, 2pm,5pm,8pm,10pm? ....thanks for Answers

  2. time does not matter a good rule of thumb is to last eat 4 hours before bed after that and your food will stay in your stomach even if you go on a diet the only way to build muscles is to work out
