Muscle Milk?

I run 4 days out of the week and just started muscle milk. Did anyone use this product and see results? Just started about a month ago, and I'm loosing alot of weight and getting toned, wasn't sure if its the muscle milk or running. I also drink 2 liters of water a day.

  1. you might notice some tone in your legs. Muscle milk is for pretty much that...muscle. I run 3 miles a day 7 days a week. the weight loss is from the running. if you lift some weights then you want to drink the muscle milk.

  4. try to put some weights in woth ur running/muscle milk, it will enhance the results of the muscle milk

  5. its the running, I tried chocolate muscle milk-wasn't convinced plus ittasted too thicke.
