I can't rest my muscles because I have (cheerleading) camp. I can't take it easy and I can't rest! I'm sore all over. I'm sore in places I didn't realize had muscles. It hurt to laugh or cough because my stomach and back are sore from backhandspring after backhandspring. I stretched before and after my workout which lasted 8 hours. It's painful to do anything. My arms could barely get me out of bed. I've been this sore before but I've never had to workout after it as hard as I have to for the next 2 days. Thats a full 24 hours of workouts over 3 days! HELP ME!

  1. Try using Ben g*y or any variation of it, it will help. It's a great idea also to put it on right before your work out also. Use it for about a week until your body adjusts.

  2. When you go to sleep, sleep inside a sleeping bag in your bed you may sweat a little but your muscles will totally overheat, relax and should slip back into place - it always works for me.

Also if you're constantly doing this, invest in some creatine, which counters muscle fatigue and should be taken with water prior to excercise.

  3. dont take creatine, thats the worst thing you could do.

buy some tiger balm, it smells terrible but it will get rid of any muscle pain in five minutes.  and drink as much water as possible and take a multivitamin.  keep stretching.
