I am wondering how much muscle mass is needed to fight off multiple opponents. If all of them outweigh me by one hundred pounds. should I start packing on some mass.I'm not talking about some Bruce lee movie where everyone is a 110 pounds anf five foot four. I am talking beef fed American meat heat thugs. i weigh 155 and I feel i would not last against two or more 250 pound monsters.Even if I got strong, I feel I might need some weight so i am not easily picked up or ran over . I was thinking 190 185.I am 5'7" so I don't want to get too huge.I reall don't feel that knowing how to do a little Wing Chun trappingnis going to help against someone like Kimbo on steroids. And also its always the giant steroid freaks who lose control and try to hurt people. I am also aware that bodybuilders have limited explosive strength and no anaerobic conditioning. So whats the plan. Should I just train hard and eat a bunch, or do a little bodybuilding. I just don't want to compromise real strength and

  1. First off, to answer your question I don't think it's the mass so much as the power that helps you in a street fight. Secondly, why are you trying to fight multiple 250 + pound guys for? Third, even if I were 300 pounds I wouldn't want to fight Kimbo in a street fight.
