Hey I'm 15 years old and I'm 5'5" and weight just about 133-135. I wouldn't say I'm skinny or too fat. I like to run and build muscle but I need to know how will I build it faster. My calves are pretty above average since they're noticeable and huge kind of. My arm muscle is alright, I have muscle but my fat is covering it. So how would I get a good exercise each day, and will protein powder help me along the way?

  1. its not about how your muscles look but more of how they perform

  2. First you start with Cardio.

30-45minutes a day, 3-4 times a week. This can be jogging, walking, biking, or even jump roping. Some people even like to skateboard or roller blade, do what suits you!

Second you'll want to start weight resistance training.

If you have dumbbells look at the link Ive left below for you, that'll show you some good workouts and how to do them properly.

Without weights your going to want to do 3 sets of as many as you can of: Situps, pushups, squats, and pullups.

Do this and in no time youll be tones and fit!

    Good luck!
