Muscle milk taking times?

Ive been lifting for prob a year now and i wanna gain more weight and muscle mass. I havent taken any vitamins or any of this stuff yet but i am gonna in the next week or so. I will be takin muscle milk and i just wanted to know when should i take it. Like pre workout/post/before bed/when i wake up. What times should i take it and should i take it on days i dont lift.

  1. Dude, if you want to grow, get rid of your muscle milk and start learning about protein and working out. Muscle milk is not a postworkout shake. It has very little whey protein in it. You need a whey protein shake.
