Muscle tightness after food allergy/minor head neck injury couple days ago.?

Question

I ate something that caused me to sneeze and swell in my face. Later on that day, I bumped my head. I went to the ER yesterday and was diagnosed with a minor head and neck injury. Now today i'm still sneezing and my legs(after going up my stairs which is not usually a problem) is feeling tight. Does anyone knows what could be going on? Please help.

but it think you should go to the doctor again and tell then what happen
