Muscle twitches help?

ok i been getting muscle twitches for about a year now and last night i had one on my leg that would not stop for like 20 mintues what is wrong with me that i am getting these i'm not in any sports not that active so what can b the problem? what can i do to fix dis?

  1. Muscle twitches are normal.If you experienced one for truly 20 minutes you need to exercise more often. I would recommend walking or jogging for at least half an hour a day. If you still have long muscle twitches you should call a local doctor.


  2. i get them alot too, my doctor has told me its because at our age (assuming your in your teens or late teens) is because were growing.. it also can be a lack of vitamen in your system or excersice.. other then that its normal.. ive had them for 4 years so far.

  3. Maybe you need more exercise. Your muscles might need to be strengthened up?

  4. Could be a vitamin or mineral deficiency of some kind. Regular exercise and a well balanced diet would most likely resolve this issue.
