  1. take a brake let you r muscles rest for 1 or 2 days then hit it again and if it still dont get sore then move up

  2. It means your muscles have become accustomed to the regimen they have been put through.  I would not increase the weights without consulting an authorized weight trainer or you could seriously injure yourself trying to do too much too soon.  You really don't want to get bulging muscles all over - because in a few years after you have other priorities in life - those muscles begin to sag & eventually head South

and will look like hanging baskets when you get old.

  3. it means you're dating disaster

  4. what you are experiencing is a state of muscle adaptation. which means when you are strength training you should do the following: Muscle confusion, its a fact that if you change up your routine regularly your muscles cant get used to the exercise.  Also if your goal is to build muscle size versus endurance, then you need to decrease reps and up weight. Last It is very important to remember that when you are working out your muscles are getting microscopic tears (which is normal) and that causes DOMS (delayed onset muscle soreness) which again means it is just as important to give your muscles time to heal as it is to work them out.
