Muscles twitches? i have muscles twitching in my body???

Question

ok ive had muscles twitches for about at year or two. Ive done alot of reasearch. But i saw a website saying that you may have a spinal injury, and i was wondering if it was caused by the car accidents i had two years ago. So i did some more research, and its caused by fasciculations, and tics. i used to have tics, but not anymore.xD So not sure if the spinal thing, but it might be true......-.-

Vitamin deficiencies are a common cause of muscle twitches.  I've had them with B vitamin and D vitamin deficiencies.  Mention them to your doctor and ask for tests.  If that's not the cause, at least you can rule that out.
