Probably nothing, i've never heard of a mushroom that was poisonous to touch.  I wouldn't think of eating or tasting them though.  And yea, they look kinda old.

it is hard to tell without seeing the underside, and the bulb at the bottom of the stem.

However I would suggest caution when dealing with any mushroom that you are not familiar with.

from what I could see in the pix, they are well past their prime.

and only one of them has not dried out.

and I don't like what seem to be yellow pooling in the middle of it.
