Music Theory Scale Help?

What is the scale called that consists of these notes in order?: D E F G A B C D (no accidentals, straight up the keyboard)

I cant remember please help! Also, if you know what mode it is i would appreciate that too.

  1. Yes, it is D dorian.  

    with no sharps or flats, the modes are in this order -

    C to C - major or ionian

    D to D - dorian

    E to E - phrygian

    F to F - lydian

    G to G - mixolidian

    A to A - minor or aolian

    B to B - locrian

    Just in case you needed to know more than the one scale.  :)


  2. i know its A minor A aeolian it has the same notes...its D dorian mode

  3. D Dorian if notes are in that order...........lots of others if you move them around
