Music Video Help please?

This is copied and pasted when trying to watch a music video through Yahoo..."The Yahoo! Music Video Player did not open. You may have a pop-up blocker installed that is blocking the player from opening. Add Yahoo! Music to your "DO NOT BLOCK" list to prevent this from happening again.

I've followed all instructions to the letter and can't start player, Pop-up blocker will not even allow the entry of:

http://music.yahoo.com/musicvideos/player/

I have tried copy and paste as well as physically typing in the URL but it will NOT accept and place in "Allowed" what the heck is going on. I'm using the new Beta version with Vista Home premium.

Any suggestions? Of course I tried to call directly but NO SUPPORT available for "Free Accounts" heaven forbid we create good will towards users and actually resolve issues. That might explain the stock value dropping!!

I have also turned-OFF the pop-up blocker completely, no help.

Well, i would say Install firefox... you won't have any problems..
