Music acts at this years conventions?

What were the musical acts at the DNC this year? I didn't watch the majority of it.

Same for the RNC.

Sherl Crow, and Dave matthews did already, Ive included a link for who is scheduled, but there seem to be too many to list for private parties and receptions.
