Music cafes in S'pore?

Question

Other than Hard Rock cafe, i know there's one at marina square called something like music dreamers cafe. There will be people performing in the evening. Anyone been there before? How's the food and price like?

Other than those, are there any other music cafes that you would like to recommend which is quite budget with good food?

2nd floor of cathay complex near plaza singapora. It sell mainly ice cream and have some musical gig/perform on sat.

and dont forget paradiz center, they perform outside the japan streamboat store somewhere near subway on weekend night.

I have 3 places of preference in mind ...

1. Timbre (http://www.timbre.com.sg/)

- Foods not too bad but dessert is more to be desireable.

- Drinks are one-for-one for some items before 9pm (I think)

- They have bands on every night, and Saturday is the night the bands rotate.

2. The Pump Room (http://www.pumproomasia.com/)

- Foods not bad but a little pricer.

- They have their own micro-brewery so their drinks are not too bad either.

- Jive Talking from Hard Rocks plays there from 10pm or 10.30pm (I think)

3. The 1 Night Stand Bar & Comedy Club (http://www.the1nitestand.com/)

- Never tried their dinner but their finger food's not too bad

- Drinks are reasonable.

- The band is quite good and lively. Enjoy them quite a bit.

what abt harrys bar? they have many located around singapore. play mostly jazz. clark quay or boat quay
