Music downloading??????

it was on the news that people are getting in big trouble for downloading music for free... and they send you a letter the first time and then you get fined or something like that... who are they mostlky targetting... and whats the likelyhood of you getting caught?????

so far the lawsuits have been about "making available" music uploads to others and the company media sentry is the one thats spying via your IP, but its being contested as most people IP's are dynamic, so its hard to tell if its really them doing so.
