Music for demo?

Question

I passed my BB (yea for me!) test and have to give a demo in a little over two weeks. I need background music. I don't want Kung Fu Fighting or any other overused song so any suggestion?

you should use "best around" from karate kid.  Its funny but its good to.

What kind of demo is it? Weapons, kata, self defense, ukemi...etc

What martial art do you do? Who is the demo for? Give a bit more info and I'll try to help you out :)

Attack- 30 Seconds To Mars (I'd love to use this in a demo)

Motivation- Sum 41

Why use music at all?

IMO music is only a distraction.
