Music recording help??

Is there a website where you can upload a recording and it can change the speed or pitch of a recording without download anything. something like audacity but it doesn't have to be downloaded. My dad wont let me download anything on the computer but i need to use something similar.

You can go to http://www.soundclick.com but you must create your profile on your PC to get your own log on profile but ask your dad first before create your log on profile on your PC.
