Music too loud for ears?

i was listening to something and then the volume randomly went to the highest and it was really loud. then a few minutes later it did the same thing. if i do not listen to anything loud for a while will my ears be fine. how much do you need to listen to, to go deaf

You're not going to go deaf unless it's loud out of your mind. But you can impair your hearing severely. Ear damage is permenate. Like when you goto a club kick it there for a couple of hours, and then leave and you can hear your ears ringing, you have done damage to your ears. You lose hearing to certain frequencies, and that can never be repaired. So be careful, and fix your stereo
