Music video on auto mute will not go away!!!!!?

my yahoo music video player is on mute. i did not put it that way but it will not go off and now i cant hear anythng on yahoo. HELP!

  1. you are going to have to get that video out of there, if you have to delete  yahoo and  reinstall it   do so if it will   take the video out    on   the uninstall,

  2. Close out of your Video Player.

    Clear your cookies then close and restart your Yahoo! Music browser.



    - Open Internet Explorer.

    - Go to: Tools > Internet Options.

    - On the "General" tab, you will see a section called "Temporary Internet Files". Beneath it, click the button "Delete Cookies." Click OK in the confirm message, then OK again to close the box.

  3. turn it off mute

  4. press the button 'x'
